The Vulpera are one of two new Allied Races coming with patch 8.3. The “fox people” hail from Voldun, one of Battle for Azeroth’s launch zones, and they are Horde-exclusive. The only requirement for unlocking the Vulpera is Exalted with the Voldunai.

Finishing the Vulpera unlock questline also awards the Secrets in the Sands achievement, their Heritage Armor, and their racial mount, the Caravan Hyena (sadly, not an alpaca).

Vulpera Unlock Questline Overview

The Vulpera unlock questline is kind of all over the place. It doesn’t really seem to reinforce a cultural or story-based background like many other Allied Races. Instead, the Vulpera have to prove their usefulness to the Horde by completing a series of quests in Twilight Highlands, Suramar, and Zuldazar. Their quests reflect their ingenuity, penchant for gadgets, and positivity.

• Twilight Highlands: Placate the Orc peon revolt by collecting resources, promoting peons to frivolous roles, and confronting their revolution leader.
• Suramar: Get arcwine production back online by managing three NPCs, including Nomi, and getting the product approval of the vinter.
• Zuldazar: Rebuke the Naga invasion on a nearby shore by collecting armaments, blowing up siege weapons, and taking down their leader.
