Tribes:

Highmountain are descendants of the hero Huln Highmountain. It was Huln who first received the blessing of Eche’ro from the wild god Cenarius that gave this tribe their unique paddle shaped horns. Though their numbers have dwindled they still provide a strong unifiy force bringing together the Rivermane, Skyhorn, and now the Stonedark Drogbar. After the passing of Ulan his daughter Mayla reluctantly stepped up to become High Chieftan.

Rivermane are known to be a more docile tribe. They focus on agriculture and fishing. They often trade for supplies and help defending their lands. Many great shamans come from this tribe. They are lead by Chieftan Jale Rivermane. Do not underestimate this elderly tauren as she is a powerful shaman well versed in restorative power of water.

Skyhorn are a proud and adventurous tribe. They take to skies on the backs of their giant eagles. This affinity with the eagles allows them to go places the other tribes can’t go. They are lead by Chieftan Lasan Skyhorn. He leads the charge against the invading harpies with the help of his eagle companion Aviash.

Feltotem were once known as the Bloodtotem. During the Legion invasion they took the opportunity to increase their power and bowed their heads to the Legion. Once they drank demon blood they were transformed to become the Feltotem tribe. This tribe was always known to be more aggressive a xenophobic. These traits were only amplified by the demon Blood. Chieftan Torok Bloodtotem lead the change to join the Burning Legion. He is succeeded by his Son Mellok.

Allies

Stonedark Drogbar while not Tauren they are part of the new Highmountain tribe. This peaceful tribe of drogbar decided to turn to the Highmountain and help stop the Feltotem and Darghul the Underking. Their leader Navarrogg was the first one to warn Highmountain of the impeding betrayal of the Bloodtotem.

Ebonhorn At first glance seems to be just your run of the mill Highmountain Spiritwalker. The more time you spend with him the more you realize there is much more to this Tauren. In fact you come to learn he is no Tauren at all. He is a member of the black dragon flight. When he was still in the egg he was purified of Deathwings corruption. He has aided the Highmountain Tauren from the shadows. He has only revealed his true nature to the High Chieftains and those who have proven their loyaly to Highmountain.
