Location: Sytgana Cavern, Tanaan Jungle

Rewards: Burning Agony

The Sytgana Cavern is full of Bleeding Hollow orcs, even if it does look more like a podling den. There are two treasures here – the Endless Staff of Shadow and Bottomless Sytgana Mushroom Brew

 (see the link for more details) – but the orcs hold their own loot. Namely, a tank trinket in the form of Burning Agony

Of course, it’s not your common or garden blood-crazed orc that holds the trinket. The Bleeding Hollow Horror is so hyped up that even its fellow Bleeding Hollow orcs have chained the crazy bastard to a wall. To reach it, climb the ramp to the right of the entrance, or scale the vines and platforms in the middle of the room. The Horror is located at the very back of the cavern, being tormented by a Bleeding Hollow Herbalist.

The mushrooms in the cave must have affected the Horror, as it will often leak Toxic Fumes – this requires you to kite the orc. If you came up the vines, be careful – there are lots of other orcs in the corridor that can be pulled. Being completely mental, the brute will go on a Deranged Rampage, dealing damage and knocking players up into the air. Finally, at 30% it will become Enraged – this makes the kill faster, but be extra careful not to get hit at this point.
