StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty & Heart of the Swarm Price Drop

Blizzard announced earlier today that both the original StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty and its first expansion, StarCraft II: Heart of the Swarm, will be permanently reduced in price on the Battle.net store effective immediately. You can purchase either the original game or its expansion for $20 USD apiece, or a bundle of the two together for $35 USD.
If you haven’t already enjoyed Blizzard’s RTS masterpiece, there’s no better time to get started. Additionally, if you’re thinking of playing Heroes of the Storm when it comes out, Heroes is built on the same engine and control scheme – learning the StarCraft control scheme will help you be familiar with some of what to expect (if you don’t have Technical Alpha access). Remember – you can try StarCraft II for free using the Starter Edition before committing to purchasing it!
The Starter Edition includes the entire Blizzard Arcade experience, as well as full access to all three races for Custom Games. Campaign and multiplayer matchmaking features remain exclusive to the purchased licenses.
