OWL tokens can now be earned while streaming matches

A few hours before Stage 2 of the Overwatch League officially kicked off, Blizzard announced that fans would be able to earn Overwatch League tokens, which are used to unlock Overwatch League team skins in-game, while streaming league matches online.
Fans will be able to earn one token for each team win, no matter who they’re cheering for. To get the currency in-game, fans will have to link their Battle.net accounts with Twitch, MLG, or Overwatchleague.com. Full instructions on how to do this are included in OWL’s official post.
There’s plenty of fine print on the bottom of this one though, and tokens won’t be available to residents of several countries, most notably Brazil. This could change in the future though, as the kinks are worked out of the program.
If you needed more of a reason to tune into Overwatch League, there you go!
The first match of Overwatch League Stage Two sees the Los Angeles Valiant face-off against the Seoul Dynasty, starting at 6 p.m. PT on Wednesday, Feb. 21.
