by - 8 years ago

In Blizzard’s continuing effort to reach more people we got more information today. For BlizzCon, you can already watch all the esports on the official site, but now Blizzard has worked to bring more international fans into the action. They have reached out to include local streams and commentators. This will allow you to enjoy more of BlizzCon with some of your local favorites you know and love to pass along all the great action!

See the official post below with all the sports games listed and who you can watch.

The thrill of esports competition during Opening Week will once again set the stage for championship celebrations at BlizzCon in Anaheim, and watching every game of every match will be easier than ever in 2017. Fans can keep it locked to blizzcon.com and catch all of the esports action without buying the Virtual Ticket or head over to Twitch or MLG.tv to find a dedicated channel for your favorite esports event.

The Virtual Ticket is a great way to get all of the streamed content BlizzCon has to offer before, during, and after the big show. Esports fans will get an enhanced viewing experience, with no third-party commercials, while cheering for their favorite players and teams. The Virtual Ticket package includes the BlizzCon All Access Channel that will offer live updates throughout the event, including breaking news and exciting moments from the esports stages.

The schedule is set and Heroes of the Storm (HGC), StarCraft II (WCS), and the WoW Arena Championship esports events kickoff the festivities beginning with Opening Week. Those competitions will come to their epic, championship conclusions on a BlizzCon stage in Anaheim, along with exciting finales for the Overwatch World Cup and the Hearthstone Inn-vitational.
