Hearthstone’s Azeroth’s Most Wanted Class Sets Arrive August 25

Hearthstone is adding 29 new cards next week with the Azeroth’s Most Wanted Class Sets, which tell the prequel stories of how the Escape from Violet Hold outlaws ended up behind bars. The Class Sets for Rogue, Warlock, Priest, and Warrior launch with Patch 36.4 on August 25 at 10:00 a.m. PDT.
Each of the four Class Sets contains seven thematically linked cards (1 Legendary, 2 Epics, 2 Rares, 2 Commons), with full playsets bringing each class to 13 cards and all four together totaling 52 cards. Buy all four in the bundle and you’ll also get a bonus Epic Neutral card called Wanted Poster, bringing the total to 29 unique cards.
Four Outlaw Origin Stories
The Rogue set puts Mathias Shaw on a card for the first time in Hearthstone’s history. Shaw and his SI:7 spies infiltrated the Defias Brotherhood to capture Vanessa VanCleef, and the set leans into stealthy gameplay with a new Disguised minion that can be played on either side of the board.
The Warlock set brings back Kazakus with his signature custom card crafting, this time with a devious twist. Kazakus double-crossed Aya Blackpaw during a heist and rigged the trial against her. You’ll plant Imp-formants in the enemy deck, craft a sham trial, and send your opponent to jail.
The Priest set follows ghost hunter Raith Van Geist tracking down Azalina Soulthief through a haunted mansion in the Witchwood. Expect endless waves of Reborn and Deathrattle minions that refuse to stay dead.
The Warrior set tells the story of Darius Crowley hiring a pirate crew to lay siege to Shadowfang Keep and capture Lord Godfrey. This set commands armies of pirate cannoneers ready to breach the walls.
Pricing and Bundles
You can grab individual Class Sets for $9.99 USD or 1,200 Gold each. The full Azeroth’s Most Wanted bundle (all four sets, two Wanted Poster cards, and the Bounty Hunter Edwin Hero Skin) costs $19.99 USD or 2,500 Gold. There’s also a Golden bundle for $79.99 USD or 12,000 Gold that includes all cards in Golden form, two copies of the Wanted Poster Signature Epic, and the Bounty Hunter Edwin skin.
All Azeroth’s Most Wanted cards can also be opened in Escape from Violet Hold packs or crafted with dust. The full reveal of the remaining cards happens tomorrow (August 19) at 10:00 a.m. PDT in a Dev Update video where the Hearthstone Design Team will walk through how each Class Set works together.
If you’re grinding ladder with these new cards, a quality headset makes all the difference for catching sound cues. The SteelSeries Arctis Nova 5 offers premium audio clarity for competitive play, while the Razer BlackShark V2 X Gaming Headset delivers solid performance at a more affordable price point.
