Last Week on BlizzPro: Sep. 13th – Sep. 19

by - 8 years ago

It’s Tuesday which means it’s time for a wrap-up of all the news from last week as we prepare for updates to some of our favorite games!

The Westmarch Workshop celebrated episode 100, plans for some Warcraft in-game Diablo related items were revealed to celebrate the upcoming 20th anniversary of the franchise, and we got a look at the Diablo in-game pet for attendees of BlizzCon.

Hearthstone got a new patch unlocking the Welcome Bundle, Arena Bans, and the new Tyrande (Priest) hero available from an ‘upcoming promotion’. Blizzard also announced that paid BattleTag changes are now available for $10US (this change applies to all games, not just Hearthstone).

Zexerous discussed a new Tyrael build after the latest patch for Heroes of the Storm and a new build went up on the PTR which includes testing for the new Zarya hero along with one of the maps being released as part of the upcoming Machines of War event: Warhead Junction.

The Payload Podcast went live with episode 40, and World of Warcraft prepared for some upcoming content releases by breaking down how Mythic+ dungeon keys will work. On top of that the developers discussed how Dungeon and Raid testing for patch 7.1 will work on the PTR since it is an odd circumstance to have that sort of testing at the same time as Mythic progression will be happening.

We’ve got all this and more using the links below!
